Title kinda says it all. Will be running offline on a windows 10 laptop.
Currently using GPS Track Editor 1.15.141. It gets the job done but wondering if there is something better.

I merged two gpx files with that software. You open the first and then sort of append the other
Where did you find the append option? I could not find it anywhere, and drag and drop just closed the currently open file and opened the dropped one. Opening multiple files only resulted in one file getting loaded (usually the first one selected in explorer).
I remember not being able to split a track either.
