Over-stimulation is no joke and can cause panic attacks and even nausea and other horrible feelings.

I wouldn’t wish a panic attack caused by over-stimulation on even my worst enemy.

Also, my friend and I experience heart palpitations or rapid heart-rate and we don’t know why

But I do suspect that, at least in my case, it is indeed over-stimulation and panic attack.

Also, GABA tablet supplements cause it for me for some reason and I really have no idea why.
