    what does this do to the maintenance costs?

    if it’s marginal, it should probably be enforced or suggested for all solar panel fields. if it adds significant costs, be carful not to make solar more expensive than it needs to be. instead add regulations that every fossil fuel installation should double biodiversity in the area, and add 20% happiness to the local population or something.

    adding „red tape“ till an industry is no longer economically viable, is the preferred strategy by the fossil lobby. and the nice thing is, they can often ally with green activists to get their wish.

      From another article I read about foxes moving in. Humans barely show up once the solar field is setup. Which is why animals are now moving in.
