    If you don’t get the proper amount of calories for your body (especially if you’re still growing) you’ll be in a lot of trouble.

    Even as a fully grown adult, not eating enough and physically exerting yourself could mess with your bone density among other things. Happens to thru hikers on the Appalachian trail when they don’t eat enough.

      It’s a Summer thing, actually. Heavy tummy all the time, doesn’t ever feel light. I did have a “large” meal yesterday and almost felt like I was going to be bloated.

      But then again, Summer-only. I was eating fine at the dorm, 4 meals a day, 3 meals instead if I was overeating for each meal, or 2 if I accidentally skipped the other two…

      …Or maybe it’s the switch in environments. I dunno!
