This makes my blood boil. Julian Hill MP (Labor) while in opposition “championed” the cause of partner visa applicants because of how broken it was.

Gotten into power, done jackshit to fix it.

Now apparently for coming and paying taxes same as everyone else, you get to pay $1500 for the privilege to temporarily travel outside of the country…

My mate just told me about his 9k visa fee. Fucking ridiculous. Lives here, works here, pays taxes here and we fuck him with that. Beyond unreasonable.

it’s ourthe ruling class’ business model.

This country doesn’t deserve a recession, it deserves democracy.

The decision makers are beholden to the ones who control the money, or to someone who is beholden to someone – who controls the money.

Executives should be electable, and recallable by the workers within a business / government department / workplace.

How many times has an executive been right where all the workers thought it was a bad idea vs how many times as an executive made a fucking stupid decision which the workers rightly thought was stupid?

The former has stories written about it because it’s so damned rare, the latter happens literally all of the the time.

Let’s not have a recession, let’s have a revolution. I’m done with this economic system. This is stupid.
