No just cramping

This exact thing happened to me in thailand in 2013. I got a really bad stomach bug and was having a hard time walking before I finally got to a pharmacy.

The pharmacist didn’t speak English but he gave me a bag of pills and a note:

I was back to making questionable decisions in two days
