2 months agoIts the old argument on the foolishness of NATO expansion. Mutually Assured Destruction was always horrific but the west was aligned that it would be necessary if say, Germany or France were lost to the USSR. The same cannot be said of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Can any westerner say with a straight face that they’d be willing to end humanity over an occupation of Riga?
