Cant recall what the price was when i significantly reduced the amount i drink. That was nearly 5-6 years ago, just that thanks to alcohol tolerance increasing rapidly showed a rather bad trend. By the end if was around a six pack and couple of shots of vodka every evening to get the buzz going.
Now i do drink only a handful of times a year during some events and when that alcohol is paid for by someone else.
Considering how expensive it’s getting, kinda relatable and one of the biggest reasons why i almost quite drinking all together. Have to find cheaper addictions to replace it.

I don’t hate Linux, just absolutely every time i try to cross over to linux i need to do way too much troubleshooting, get stuck somewhere and while i love to tinker with physical hardware. I absolutely hate dealing with software issues.
By the end of the day after work and kids and just people, i don’t have the energy or willpower left to start dealing with console/troubleshooting or trying to search how to get something to run. On that part windows is easier. The graphical interface of just click next and done, is easier on windows. Just start up steam and click play and it works. So my main activity of gaming is easier on windows. Though yeah Linux has made huge leaps in that department and probably when w10 ltsc stops completely I’m kinda forced to move over to linux as the first news about w12 haven’t been that good either.
If i remember correctly there is some variation of Linux on a secondary hard drive in my PC, i just couldn’t get dual boot to work easily enough.
Though i do hate W11, fuck that shit. Besides changing UI and more bloatware. It has one of the biggest insults in it, ads.
Main user got eventually banned for liking a comment, i was on a last warning and subsequent alts got caught by machine algorithms detecting uncharacteristic behavior for a new user or some links to the original banned user, like device ID or browser ID. All alts got shadowbanned after first few comments.
After few weeks of trying different approaches i gave up and decided it’s more effort to try to bypass the detection algorithms than it’s worth to browse reddit.
Now that begs to question. Whatever it’s easier to train local LLM on my chat history and set it up to respond all my messages or just continue writing “ok” to most messages myself.

Never could figure out what the difference is supposed to be between different holes. So every hole was a goal, took the first one, got her pregnant after a while and married her.

I’ve found the opposite. If something becomes a routine chore, it can be optimized and almost trained into muscle memory. So the effort put into it actually lowers. Like I’ve already done it for breakfast and it’s one of the best foods, because it takes so little effort to make it, eat it, requires absolutely no thinking and can be repeated infinitely.
Technically yes, someone has to produce resources, but thanks to modern technology. Each individual can produce huge excess of resources.

It’s impossible to get better at cooking than eating in a restaurant. Already the fact that someone else is making that food is enough to make it better than any food i have and will ever cook and I’ve been cooking since teenage years, nearly 20 years. Every single day. Fuck. Eating, cooking, planning, balancing, considering others, basically everything involving it is a rather annoying chore and it has to be done whole life.
No I’m not bad at cooking, average, I’ve just grown to resent this activity.
I await the day we invent a food pill or at least one in all superfood or i can at least start eating current foods that claim to be all in one foods for every meal. Wife already looks at me weird when i eat my breakfast slop multiple times a day.

Marriage is just a legally binding contract, there’s nothing special about it. We don’t spend significant amounts of money when singing a NDA or employment contract or even just clicking “agree” in the terms and conditions contract.
