When I was on Reddit I use to nuke my account completely every 12 months or so, so I cannot relate…
Reddit users, as have Xitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc., have all demonstrated that you can do whatever the fuck you want to them and they’ll just keep coming back for more, no matter what.
Even after decades of abuse, you can open up a brand new platform (Threads) and they’ll join by the millions.
Neither. It’s fully compatible with Lemmy but different on both the front and backends.

Everyone knows CAT5 is pure…
No one is being pedantic but you. Those won’t go anywhere either.
I’m not sure what any of that is supposed to mean. The point is AI isn’t going anywhere. It’s been here before ChatGPT and it will be around long after, it just won’t be crammed down your throat day in and day out.
Think of like Siri and the unnamed Google Assistant. All of these “assistants” have been almost completely useless since their inception but still they’ve been around for decades, even without the trillions in investment.
Yes, just like the internet died after the dotcom bust.

All Turkish citizens now required to broadcast their every thought and emotion on state-owned social media
I can answer it. I have answered it 5 times at this point and this constitutes harassment so you’re being blocked now. Goodbye.
Uhhhh yes and no? You can’t send anything but text over Meshtastic. You’re also dependent on other people using it. And it’s also extremely unreliable. Further you’d probably want a specific thread for notifications which not only would you have to convince people to join but it’d probably be filled with crosstalk since there are no moderation capabilities.
Plus it would be susceptible to the same ignorant/malicious reports as this app.
Edge is malware. Even if you use their settings to make it not broadcast everything you do to MS servers and block Copilot, etc., there’s nothing stopping it from deciding tomorrow to just randomly change those settings back without permission or notification, as Windows often does.
Oh and in order to edit the group policies the author mentions, you need to be using it in Windows, which is a whole other problem.
This smells more like a Honeypot every day.
Who could have seen this coming!?
