I didn’t know totems were a thing, it’s making more sense now.

Their rapid rise is a little sus, but I will say that Cameron Winter has the sauce and some real talent (and the rest of the band too).

It feels like a reference in the video but I’m not deep enough in geese lore to get it.

Agreed, so I was shocked to see it on Barrack “Drone Strike” Obama’s book list. I’m guessing he (or his publicist) didn’t read past the criticism of the cultural revolution at the start. Criticism that I understand is shared by many/most socialists in China.
