Ok, how many analogue clocks does everyone have?

Agreed but the alternatives are not much better for me. I also use Dialux Evo which is much, much better at rendering but it’s extremely Euro centric and you can’t easily make a template for Australian standards. There’s Relux which I tried using but I didn’t want to pay for yet another license just to practice and get better at using it.

Unfortunately, for us Australian lighting designers, there’s not a lot of options. It’s a gag in the industry where if you hear someone yelling “FUCK!!” out of nowhere, AGI has crashed.

I am! Looking for a distro that I can use AGI32 on. It already crashes consistently on Windows for large projects and I reckon it’ll do worse on wine.

I also use substance painter a lot but I reckon moving into a FOSS alternative will be a good move for that. Wean myself off Adobe dependency. Unless it works in wine but I’ve been told anything Adobe or Autodesk can’t run in wine.

It’s always been ridiculous to me that what is essentially a forum has shareholders. That’s why I left Reddit during the app debacle and haven’t looked back.

As evidenced by three people walking or jogging past and literally not doing anything. The dog walker paused for a bit but then continued. I guess it’s the fear of them disappearing too that prevents them from doing anything.

Teams has been successful in detecting my headphones and mics 20% of the time. So, my alternative is to go on my phone and also my laptop (but mute myself) so I can share my screen during meetings. Windows detects my headphones and mics just fine in other applications, like Zoom or Discord. It’s a pain in the ass.

Could we move away from calling it hallucinations as that would imply thinking? We should call it for what it is - bullshit.

For selfish reasons, I’d pick Love and Deepspace so I can frolick through time and space with 5 (soon to be 6) different boyfriends, hunting wanderers with superpowers.

So, to summarise, don’t put all your eggs into one basket.
