

Getting into powerlifting and putting on a ton of muscle took away most of my middle age aches and pains. Got some long standing disc issues and my nuerosugron told me to never stop lifting, as my thick trunk was stabilizing my back tremendously. YMMV










With lifestyle change and lifting consistently for several years I was able to put on 50+ pounds of muscle. I’m an average person. Someone gifted could’ve put on maybe 10 pounds more and someone less fortunate could have put on 10 pounds less. Genetics play part but consistency is the only thing that matters
