I feel like I’m reading a season opener for Letterkenny.

Any big dump of money (Manhattan Project, Space Race, Arms Race) brings about great strides in progress. It would have been great to see a big dump of money, on the aforementioned scale, dumped into raw research.

I’m watching this going from this is freaking hilarious --> this is freaking ugly as fuck --> fuck this world as my thinking went deeper.

I’d imagine it will come around, but not the way people think, and not for many more generations. I mean, unless we just kill this planet before we get there, which is where I’d put my money.

Really seems like China spying on Russian capabilities than anything else. Someone correct me, but there isn’t a real impact here, is there? Ukraine neutralizes that many occupier troops every day, don’t they? Or is there some obvious political ramifications that I don’t see? China potentially joining Russian forces en masse? I don’t see it. I’m often wrong though.

It’s not news that you take a group of <x number of> people, there are going to be a subset of <x> who are criminals. Migrants, according to data, are better neighbors and citizens. But Fox selectively culls it’s reports to enforce right wing hysteria. If Fox reporting were being honest, in spirit if not letter, it would also make sure that it’s viewers knew that these immigrants, as a group, are more trustworthy and honest than the viewer’s neighbors.

The only reason for shit reporting like this is to stoke the right wing racist hate machine.
