Yeah I don’t use Linux for the sake of it being different. Keyboard shortcuts are not what I dislike about Windows so why change muscle memory?

It’s exactly as quick to start as it always has been on my device. You seem to be very angry over basically nothing. I’d rather have a flourishing ecosystem of mobile Linux apps, but until we have that, I’m very grateful for all the hard work of the f-droid team. You do know you can use one of many different clients if you don’t like the main one?

Once again: that place would be the offline chip on your own physical ID card. There is no government database for this.
You’re either misinformed or are willingly spreading misinformation.
The other reply already explained but I’m going to repeat in my own words again so that you may understand:
Your data is stored on your physical ID card. You create an account on Pornhub. Pornhub then asks you to prove your age. You hold your card against your phone or card reader, provide your PIN and the information that was requested (in our case a pseudonym and a yes/no whether you’re over 18) is transmitted directly from your device to pornhub.
There is no government server (or any third party server for that matter) involved in the process. The only thing the government knows is that they once gave pornhub a certificate to prove to users they really are pornhub.
There is no central server. My data is stored on my physical ID card and my device communicates directly with the service that wants to verify my age.
The code is public and you can build the authentication app yourself if you don’t trust the app stores.
Not saying LLMs are capable of human level intelligence. But what do you think makes human brains special? They’re just a confused wet sack of meat filled with neurons. I see no reason why it wouldn’t theoretically be possible to construct an artificial brain.

How are there no class riots all over America? Having to use your vacation days for when you’re sick? That sounds stupid even from a capitalist perspective. People will come in sick and make mistakes or infect others. And they won’t be nearly as efficient without at least a few weeks of guaranteed vacation per year

My comment has nothing to do with the platform we’re on. Every comment section everywhere is full of the same comments whenever a word is not fully visible.

It will have to in the future. There won’t be fossil gas and oil forever. What can’t be substituted has to be synthesized at some point.
