Open a photo in some program to view it’s meta data, see what it outputs
I used Image Toolbox, max it seems to find is data and time of the camera during the picture and some camera settings. Doubt that’s all, though. This is why I asked.
if an EXIF viewer shows minimal EXIF data, then the camera captures minimal EXIF data.
do you think theres some mysterious extra metadata somewhere else?
You can have programs that don’t show EXIF tags that they don’t recognize.
I responded to the parent comment with a command for
exiftoolthat should list all tags.
$ exiftool -U -l image.jpgJust scrub em anyway to be safe
