From what I understand it’s a big maybe. If it’s a head of lettuce, maybe you’ll be ok if you get rid of the outer leaves. If it’s loose in a bag… if you wash it for like 5 minutes, maybe it’ll be ok? Actually cooking it would be safer, but who cooks lettuce?
