    Better than the tiling shell extension? Been using that, its fine with manual layouts but I wish it automatically remembered my previous layouts without needing to save them.

    Could’ve sworn I had a different gnome extension that remembered how your specific app was framed last time it was open or followed your last program.

      Not sure, if better, but very different. It is linear, not just tiling. All windows are next to each other on a horizontal line and your screen moves across that horizontal space of windows.

        Gnome kind of does that with it’s workspaces. Would it just be one continuous scrolling workspace instead?
