Things do happen, I’m not saying riots are an Argentinian thing, every fucking time the Vancouver Canucks reach the Stanley cup finals they riot like idiots; but what you presented was denialism and then not an admission of error but brushing it off. It wasn’t “nothing happens, whoops, something did happen” two fucking people died because you guys won the world cup.

Uhm you know how they died right? They weren’t killed. One guy fell through the roof of a building and another got choked to death with an argentinian flag while riding a motorcycle (it got caught in the wheels or something). Both died out of neglect, not violence. Several of the injured also got injured for the same reason.

It wasn’t a “riot” it was a celebration that got out of hand.

        What did you think happened?

So let’s re contextualise. You criticised the spanish fans for not celebrating like the argentinians. We said that you guys celebrate by destroying things; and it’s not just you guys that do this, but in this conversation, we are highlighting things that actually happen in argentina.

Thus, your argument went like this :

          You :We celebrate the best!

Us : There are riots when you celebrate

          You : Nothing bad happened

Us : Here’s reports of literal, death, destruction , injury and people being arrested because you guys rioted.

You : These things happen, it’s ok.

Us : Things getting out of control to the point where people die is not a healthy or sane way to celebrate an event :

You : No, but you see, they weren’t killed, they died because they were reckless.

Like, have some fucking self respect and reflect on what is going on with your views and country. It’s not normal for people to be like this. It’s a fucking disgrace when the Vancouver Canucks fans do it, and it’s a fucking disgrace when the Argentina fans do it, and it’s a disgrace when french fans do it.

It’s up to the people of those regions to say “This behaviour is unacceptable” and to seek to create a culture where these things are not seen as acceptable. Not to say “it’s just the lads having a laugh”.

The Irish are a fucking delight everywhere they go for sporting events. They make the environment better, everyone happier and even FIX SHIT. Do you want to make the argument that the IRISH fans are doing this shit while sober? The Japanese fans clean up the entire fucking stadium, and I assume they are more sober.

Why don’t you want yourself and your people to aspire to be more like that, instead of like the fucking Vancouverite thugs?

I’m not Spanish, I’m not English, in Turkey, a long running comedy sketch show was all about sketches on the state of the economy and lives of the people, and frankly begging everyone from all layers of society to be better. You guys seriously need that kind of attitude adjustment. You can take this thread, which means a lot to you, since you posted non-stop all day in here as free entertainment for us salt miners, as a heads up to help make your own culture and people better, or you can just continue your path of denial and idiocy.

And you know what, more for us. Just keep Milei, Peter Thiel and the Kirchnerists to yourself.
