      I hope they like kudzu. And prickly lettuce. And whatever the hell else is dominating my yard. Or really nature’s yard to be more honest about the situation.

        Fun fact: kudzu is edible! And if you fry the leaves and salt them, they’re like the best potato chips ever! Basically the whole plant is edible except for seed/seedpods. Obviously, do you own research, make sure it’s actually kudzu, etc. But if it, it’s delicious

          I was going to make kudzu jelly last summer, I collected the leaves to brew into a tea and was going to add pectin bit I realized I didn’t have pectin. Then the next time I was at the store, I was looking for pectin but found the grape jelly instead and bought that.
