    It’s damn close…

    Original PS2 dimensions:
    78.7 × 302.3 × 182.9 mm
    3.1 × 11.9 × 7.2 in

    ASUS RTX 5090 Astral dimensions:
    357.6 x 149.3 x 76 mm
    14.1 x 5.9 x 3 inch

So that is 4351cm³ for the PS2 versus 4057.6cm³ for the RTX 5090.

These are rounded and rearranged versions of the dimensions you posted. Less accurate obviously, but it made it easier for me to visualize the difference and I figured I’d post it in case anybody else finds it useful for visualization

      Ps2 - 5099 metric

      79 x 302 x 183mm

      76 x 358 x 149mm

      Ps2 - 5099 freedom units

      3 x 12 x 7in

      3 x 14 x 6in

To add some more math that infid to help my own brain

Those rounded Freedom Units equal identical Cubic Inches… They’re the same volume.

Using the Socialism Units, the PS2 is ~ 300 cubic centimeters larger (roughly the volume of a 6.7cm cube)

(I think the number of iterations of rounding that we’ve collectively performed here has somewhat skewed the results, but it’s pretty close at any rate)

Edit imndoing math in DDG search and it might be 186 cubic centimeters so 5.7cm tall cube, but that seems like a huge variation and now I’m questioning my ability to calculate volume. But it’s late on a Fri and my brain is fried.
