If it’s hundreds of bracelets then a 3d printer is not the right technique for this. With pad printing those would have costed 1/10th less in materials (the cheapest rubber bands from Alibaba) and be done in 1/100th of the time (5 seconds for each one instead of 1 or 2 hours each)

It says “printed”, could be any printing technique. Is there something in the picture that points to 3D printer?
It’s raised and on some black letters you can see there are lines on the surface with a different light reflection like the nozzle does on TPU.
it’s printed on colors that are typically available on TPU (it’s not like pla that comes in every conceivable color)
It has a weird drop shape when closed, like if it was designed to be printed flat

With pad printing he could have used the traditional round rubber bands
