By now there are several generations of 502’s, from what I’ve seen online the earlier ones used more durable switches. I’ve used Proteus spectrum myself for close to 8 years and all buttons still work fine. And if say it was used quite heavily, both for gaming and WHF. I’ve only replaced it now because it was ugly and the rubber on the sides is gone completely in some spots.
