It will very probably be a shitfest that will almost inevotably start an enshitification of Steam, and that will massively suck.
They are all pretty much the same. Just a different name. They all want most control over their customers, their wallets, their games, and devices. None of them care about their customers.
The major thing I’m worried about in the future is Gabe dying/retiring and Steam getting a new CEO.
