Its an objective fact among every country that publishes crime statistics. These countries all vary widely in every other metric you can imagine (social, economic, political etcetera). But, crime being disproportionately commited by men is a universal constant. Nobody has an objectively correct answer to this question, it’s just a prompt for discussion. Share your opinion, whatever it may be. However, please don’t be a dick to other commenters. Disagreement, good faith, many view points and discussion is the goal here.
Yeah I mean at the very beginning men are born more frequently than women. In high school they explained that as men are more likely to participate in deadly activities. You gave a well thought out answer with a lot of things I think are accurate and relevant, thanks!
More males are conceived, but more are miscarried, more are stillbirths, more die in childhood, young adulthood and middle age, and by the time you are my age there are more women than men. I think some of that is XX conferring resistance to some genetic diseases though.
