I swear, when someone’s talking to me now, I can barely understand what’s happening. I know I’m no spring chicken anymore but I wish I was 16 again lol when I experience things it’s like it’s a memory or like I’m at the back of my head. It’s hard to explain. Every thing here is getting gradually worse over the years. Suffice to say, I’m not looking forward to my 40’s…
That being said I feel like I’m making a big deal out of something most women my age just get on with and put up with for the rest of their lives without complaining

Not that I’m taking this thread very seriously based on the other comments… but other than seeing a doctor, have you tried the obvious things? The things you are describing are not a 30 year old thing. You are way too young to attiribute all of those things to age.
I’ve known a few people that have all your symptoms, and the common denominator is that they are all extremely sedentary and take 0 accountability for their own health. They somehow expect a doctor to fix a problem only they can solve with the things I mentioned above.
If you’ve been seeing a doctor for years and aren’t doing any of the things I’ve mentioned, you are wasting your time.
Just to add: half of those symptoms sounds like a seasoned alcoholic.
