You don’t need to bribe him.

You can get him to do almost anything with just a carefully calculated discussion/ego buttering.

Because he is an incompetent fool who thinks he is the smartest person in the room. So he is very, very manipulable.

And this has always been the case, its not just now causes old and rapidly declining… Though the old and rapid declining part does make it a lot easier to push his buttons… Which is why his manipulators like Miller and RFK try to stay close at all times.
