Anywhere there are lots of uber drivers. They will park in the middle of the street in front of my apartment building blocking the path while delivering someone’s overpriced meal.
I also despise those who use hazard lights to slowly drive around with a broken vehicle. If the fucking car is dangerous to drive DON’T DRIVE IT !
Hazard lights are meant to signify a hazard like an accident or damage driveway forcing you to do a “dangerous maneuver”.
Not to warn others not to hit your car because you are doing something illegal.
I can understand limping it down the road to a safer spot. Not every one can afford a tow. In the UK your told to put the hazerds on and get into the hardsholder then limp (if you can) to the next junction.
In my area, so many people are on their phones on the fucking interstate, it’s got to the point where I’m using them when I see traffic ahead in hopes I won’t get crushed between a pavement princess and a semi
