The irony of two ICE agents, one black and one seemingly a Cuban immigrant, racially profiling a black man and cuffing him and carting him off without ever even identifying him because they say he’s an immigrant.
It kills me how often these videos show brown and black ICE agents violating the US Constitution to abduct and beat people for being brown or black. I don’t care how much ICE pays, it’s not worth selling out your own values and everything that was supposed to be good about this country.

The only morbidly funny thing out of all this is these black and brown ICE agents’ coworkers are probably all slinging slurs about them behind their backs. They think they’re immune. They’re not, and they will find out sooner or later.
Yeah, I’ve been called those same slurs and them being used on anyone doesn’t strike me as funny. It’s shit. A whole lot of people and families are hurting for money and ICE is offering a lot of that with zero training or experience.
These people aren’t selling out people like themselves because they think it will keep them safe from anything. Most of them are probably doing it for the same reason any of us work awful jobs.
Their kids were hungry and they had no money, saw a sign, applied half sarcastically, then actually got a job offer back for more than most people in the country make, starting next week.
It’s not people being pieces of shit, it’s starving prisoners ratting on each other’s escape plans to get an extra crust of bread and not starve.
If they’re only joining ICE for the money, they could at least be doing a bad job or recording their boss’s meeting for later evidence.
I personally know a conservative Hispanic man. Real piece of shit. Would brag about his war crimes to me when I was a kid. Told be “they wanted to change the flag”, and when I sarcastically told him that might happen if Puerto Rico becomes a state, he thought I was a simpleton. Now he’s terrified of MS13 despite living in the North East.
A lot of these race and class traitors are religious and that’s why they’re willing to turn on own. It’s just another wedge the elites use.

Plenty of people making over 400k/yr are completely horrible human beings, and they aren’t signing on for ICE because it would be a huge drop in their income. Many people living in poverty are mostly decent people and sign on because they feel they have no choice.
Understanding what leads evil groups to grow is sort of important, but if anyone dares say words with more depth and nuance than “I hates nazis!” a horde of people who have a tough time reading many words decide they must be trying to say genocide is alright and start this angsty childish shit.

I wrote a script for finding lists that cause blocks though if you’d like that. I got sick of manually going through my lists to find the problem.
Appreciate the offer… but at the moment this PC has 3 different internet connections from 2 ISPs. Nothing like load balancing and not controlled by a router, just manually having different programs and types of content connect using a proxy that represents each connection.
It makes lots of stuff do many interesting and unexpected things.
Sounds like a lot of fun! My travel router is like that but unfortunately my home network isn’t that redundant.
I do feel you on the complexity though, I’m doing a lot of tunnels inside tunnels with VPNs and Tor. 😅
It’s simple and awesome. I was paying $150/mo for “business” internet from my shitty cable company. It was topping out at like 70Mb/s.
My phone through Sprint could get almost 20x that speed… Sprint ran an ad for a free 5g tablet is you signed up for an unlimited 5g tablet line for $20/month. So I ordered 2 of those lines and cancelled my cable business line.
At first Sprint had some junk baked into the tablet to rat when you’re using the data via hotspot or tether, but like 3 hours of tinkering in ADB dumping reports and nuking packages killed that. Now I keep the tablets velcroed above a window where they usually get around 1700Mb/s each.
I run one into an Asus router with open wrt that runs everything in the house over wifi plus connects to the computer via ethernet, the other tablet is just connected to the computer via usb tether, and I still have a basic 60Mbps cable line as a backup.
For $40/month it’s kind of fucking shiny.
My cable ISP isn’t actually too bad but the power company can’t seem to keep their shit on. I’ve got a UPS but even with that the cable ISP goes down after ~45 minutes.
My travel router uses a Mint Mobile SIM so I usually do load balancing or fallback (depending on the WiFi quality) when I travel. I’ve used it as my “main” router during outages a couple times but I still prefer my mini PC Alpine Linux DIY router over the GL.iNet stuff (at least at home). I did tons of hacks to get a fallback Visible (Verizon) fallback going on the travel router but Verizon is good at sniffing out unsupported hardware.
My plan for home is to get a 5G to Ethernet adapter and use it for multi-WAN at home. I don’t want to do any “home internet” stuff where they try to dump some weird router on me.
I live in a place that keeps being a few miles out of everyone’s fiber lines, so the cable speed is awful. I wish I lived about 3 blocks from here, when I was testing 5G strength I had nearly 3000Mbps down 400Mbps up while walking the dogs. I bet they’re not even taking advantage of their luck.
I’m in the Los Angeles area and I’m learning that our infrastructure is absolutely terrible. All my friends and family in the Midwest and Colorado have fiber.
Good luck on that front though! I’ve always despised cellular for home internet due to the latency. It’s just the principle of the thing, lol.
