The bubbles clearly show that the devices are depositing water into the brain (which is notoriously demanding of water). So I guess the comic says phone good?
Well, if I had a sealed container of water with a tube coming out and started sucking… let’s say the container already had a pocket of air to avoid possible complications with the initial suck… some water would come out… create a suction force within the container… then pull air back in between my sucks… and bubbles… right?
