It’s (by English standards) a big city, so it has a substantial contingent of ricky-racer needledicks who drive at 60 on narrow residential streets. Let 'em whinge. I’d say that anyone caught driving over 30 mph over the speed limit in a populated area should have their vehicle crushed into a cube while they are filmed watching it. That’d be good evening entertainment.
