no, I’m saying the alternative to men snapping and killing their partner is giving them a legal system where they can present evidence and get justice.

Men are capable of controlling their actions.

Murdering your wife because she cheated isn’t the only other option to recording someone having sex without consent.

how far do you think he should be allowed to break the law in order to deliver punishment to his wife by his own hand?

the reason we have a legal system based on evidence is to prevent people from doing drastic vigilantism

Murdering your wife because she cheated isn’t the only other option to recording someone having sex without consent.

        thanks

Way to adjust your comment to present a different assertion. You presented a dichotomy: either men get to murder their wives or they can record them cheating to get justice.

yeah, because that’s why those laws exist : to prevent people doing horrible vigilante justice

Yep. I’m a teenager before time of Hamurabi, so I think disproportionate justice is how the legal system should work. An eye for an eye would be too progressive /s

Do you understand what the history of legal systems and their evolution contains? Why we have legal systems in the first place?

Like the same legal system that found this man guilty of recording his wife having sex without her consent?
