wait until they start doing a weird thing youve never seen another cat do before

We used to have a cat, one of the pair that my wife and I adopted shortly after we got married, that would like to get up on my desk for attention while I was on the computer. She would snuggle up between me and the keyboard. I do miss that. The two we have now both stopped getting on my desk when they were still kittens. Though one does like to occasionally jump in my lap while I’m working.

Your lucky she’s content with the desk instead of laying fully across your keyboard like my old cat lol

mine never sleeps on my desk, she’s there because she knows I will pay attention to her if she’s in my way

I want to be a cat so I can peacefully sleep on someone’s desk while they work
