I run up against it when using yt-dlp too. I found something about “passing” cookies but that sounded risky and out of my depth.

I use Newpipe for mobile and Freetube for desktop
Whenever I get that I’ve just been changing the VPN location repeatedly until it cycles onto a server where it doesn’t do that anymore.
It’s an IP ban.
Passing cookies isn’t 100% safe, Google has banned accounts for downloading hundreds of videos with yt-dlp.
The flags
-4and-6sometimes help, if your IPv4 is banned but your IPv6 is not or vice versa.Also try with / without VPN.
