It’s an IP ban.
Passing cookies isn’t 100% safe, Google has banned accounts for downloading hundreds of videos with yt-dlp.
The flags -4 and -6 sometimes help, if your IPv4 is banned but your IPv6 is not or vice versa.
Also try with / without VPN.
It is possible by opening the network tab in the browser developer tools. blocking the “disable-devtools.js” script, refreshing, hitting play, saving the “resolve-token” as m3u8, feeding it to ffmpeg, figuring out how to fool the “track-progress” throttling…

It’s likely even a perfectly accurate brain simulation would age and develop dementia. The brain certainly did not evolve to continue working and accumulating information for eternity.
