Maybe some of those lanes (when there is 2 lanes going to same direction) could be even made bus lanes. What is general speed limit in roads like these in us?

From european perspective these streets look plenty wide to me - to fit bike lanes and parking just fine.
Maybe some of those lanes (when there is 2 lanes going to same direction) could be even made bus lanes.
