Following a flurry of Israeli strikes overnight Friday into Saturday killing at least five people in southern Lebanon, Israeli forces continued attacks into Sunday, destroying a hospital in Nabatieh and carrying out strikes that killed an additional four civilians, including two women, and wounded a
Oh look, a member of the He-man Women Hater Club is here. Bye Alfalfa.
You should probably keep respectable disagreement to the thread, but considering you weren’t capable of having that kind of discussion there, I doubt you’ll be able to have it here either.
I’m sorry that you support abuse/ domestic violence, at least on the part of one gender. Do better.
The guy was the abuser, and that you can’t self-reflect casts doubts on your words elsewhere.
Again, there is a place for this and its that thread. I’m not going to report you but expect what you are doing is bannable here. You have many options in terms of threads you can pick up on to make that comment.
Well there should probably be something in there about stalking/ briggading.
But whatever. I you’d like to pick up the discussion in that thread, there are a number of points you can pick up on. More than happy to entertain this, but it really should happen over there.
You didn’t listen there, you’re not listening, here.
I listened plenty. Its all there, in writing, effectively immutable because this is the fediverse. I don’t think you did anything other than throw insults. I can provide receipts.
Can you accept that if any one as an aggressor, including a woman, initiates violence, and especially, if that person continues to climb the escalation ladder, that they’re in the wrong? That it doesn’t matter what their gender is. If you or any one initiates and escalates violence, that person is in the wrong?
Because from what I could tell, the thread was basically one camp apologizing for a woman initiating and then escalating a violent situation. No one making the accusations of misogyny or sexism could really address the fact that the aggressor in the scenario, self-acknowledged being the aggressor and initiator in her Facebook post. She said she did what the people saying that she was the aggressor did.
Apologism for violence is reactionary. No gender or sex has a monopoly on violence. The aggressor or initiator is the one who is wrong. The one who steps up the escalation ladder through more extreme forms of violence is wrong. The one who tries to de-escalate is right.
I rest my case. Your opinion is questionable, despite a lucky guess.
