yeah I don’t get flags on labor day. Kinda cracks me up that the biggest flag wavers are also so often the ones being disrespectful in how they do flags. have it on paper plates, napkins, putting small flags all over the place. Often times this ends up as best trash and at worst litter. Then on clothing and they throw a flag up and keep it there overnight without illumination because they are to lazy to put it out in the morning and take it in in the evening. Have the pole placed such that it hits or worse wraps around some object so it really can’t wave unimpeded. Flag wavers are in general the most disrespectful folks when it comes to the flag and they think they are patriots. Maybe 1% of people who put up a flag do it properly. Much less if you include the flag on everything stuff.
