Tricking Drivers Into Slowing Down With More Green Lights—It's By Design

To cut down on speeding, some cities are experimenting with timing traffic lights so drivers who do the speed limit can ride an endless wave of green.

Because who needs traffic calming measures and bollards and roundabouts, right?
