I have no cartilage, or at least an missing a good deal of cartilage in my left knee. Getting tired of the pain.

      I don’t know about sensors but nerves still register pain, my dom physical therapist tested that. Safe word was co-pay ; ) More accurately, after recovery and rebuilding muscle support, no pain. Pre-hab was vital as well.

      And also the entire lubrication mechanism changed from a faulty one to a more lubricated one?
