Yeah, consent is 100% buried in the non negotiable terms of service with no disagree button and you can’t continue to use the TV without agreeing.
You can continue to use the TV, but you may not be able to use the smart features built into the TV. And most of the people that are concerned about this aren’t using the smart features built into the TV anyways.
