My car isn’t like that. You have to manually turn on the headlights, which you only do in the dark or in the rain.
There is a dim “running lights” setting that you can select in a parking garage, but it doesn’t cast a beam, it just illuminates some yellow lights near the main headlights.
But to your point, some people in the garage would probably turn their headlights on incorrectly or otherwise.
Personally I’d still rather have a window than no window. I usually sleep with an eye mask anyway because light comes through my windows at home also.
Be better without. Every time a car goes through your room is getting lit tf up by the headlights.
Why are the headlights on in a lit garage?
Because they’re on as long as you operate the vehicle.
Oh maybe you make the distinction between headlights and foglights or whatever, headlights to me just mean standard lights on a car.

How old is your car that the lights aren’t just always on?
