Even though it’s legal in Vermont, the fines and penalties are rather harsh for over possession or over cultivation. A normal person, i.e. a non-government official, AKA us plebians, would likely be facing felony charges for growing a similar amount.
Yeah, in Canada, while it was a step in the right direction to legalize it, the regulations that are still there sound more like a racket than legitimate safety concerns. Or maybe pandering a bit to the people who thought society would collapse if weed was legalized.
