I fully support Elon suing. I’d love to see the kind of stuff that would come out of discovery that he would never want anyone to see.
I’d like to believe that there is a law with tensile strength to bind him but we as a society don’t really have any mechanism to address the kind of corruption that an infinitesimal fragment of his wealth can cause.
I think he’s too big to prosecute. I think Trump is America’s mask off moment and we are now openly rearranging the machinery of government to turn us all into sausages to be served up to oligarchs.
