there exists a video on YouTube checking exactly that. as far as I remember, a big fan inside the room pushing air outside works best, because the moving air pulls the air around it with it.

like inflating a plastic bag by blowing into it from a few feet is way faster, then putting you mouth to the opening and trying to blow it up like a baloon
