The oldest tech I have are laptops from 2006, 2008 and 2009, a pc from ~2010 and an android phone from around 2012. I also have lots of newer stuff.
I’ve already built a home server from the most suitable pc. What other real use cases for old tech would you suggest? What is your experience?

Plenty of homeless folks don’t have access to tech. There are families escaping abusive partners who could use them.
Definitely for phones and laptops, this should be the first place they go.
