Most cant identify corruption
It’s because no one on the republican side is saying stuff like this. Right or wrong (it’s always wrong), they fall in line.
You mean the one time they had a super majority for like a single 10 month period out of the last 26 years in which they were trying to respond to multiple crisis vs the other 25 years 2 months most of which saw the Republicans controlling either the presidency or one or both houses making any legislation impossible.
Hell during almost all of Obamas presidency they wouldn’t even let popular things enough of both sides would have passed come to a vote.
Meanwhile the Republicans get plenty done without even needing a majority, let alone a super majority.
i believe the post is in reference to localities and not on a national scale. Places like the new england states for instance.
Its almost like they serve the same master (Capital) and that in any duopoly/Two party system, opposition is nothing more than kayfab to make the poison go down easier
Niggas talk about change and working within the system to achieve that The problem with always being a conformist is that when you try To change the system from within, it’s not you who changes the system It’s the system that will eventually change you There is usually nothing wrong with compromise in a situation But compromising yourself in a situation is another story completely And I have seen this happen long enough in the few years that I’ve been alive to know that it’s a serious problem
