      CCS1 is a horrible connector standard. I’m glad a better replacement came out irrespective of its origin. The NACS (Tesla) connector is now an open ratified standard SAE J3400. Besides history, it has no dependency to Tesla anymore. Any company that wants to use J3400 can ignore Tesla entirely and still derive the benefit to its users.
