Here, if you aren’t doing 75+ in a 70, you are a road hazard. It varies from state to state, but here 10 over is considered completely sane, and the chance of being pulled over for it are slim outside of a school zone or the cop’s own neighborhood. I’ve had cops start tailgating me because I was only going 5 over.
