Funny thing, here in Finland when we started allowing 17 year olds to get a license much easier, the accidents caused by 17 year olds skyrocketed! …And the accidents caused by 18 year olds and older reduced by roughly the same amount.

It’s kinda like the age isn’t really the issue, but maybe people who have just gotten a license aren’t actually experienced, good drivers yet?
