Can a mod or admin properly tag this Reddit repost bot? Or just put them in timeout until they follow the rules and self-declare.

Beyond the posting frequency, you also clearly just copy paste the title, like the post you had somewhere in the past week or so with “[OC]” in the title despite not being your own OC.
This isn’t tough. Separate your “normal user” activity from the assisted posting. Go in your account settings and switch “bot account” on. Whatever you have set up to “assist” you in posting so frequently, adjust it to place in the body text of each post “Originally from Reddit: [LINK]. Original post text below: [ORIGINAL BODY TEXT GOES HERE]”.
There, everyone is happy. Anyone who isn’t at that point can block you.
Lastly, Lemmy/Piefed doesn’t have persistent karma for each user. There’s no point doing this concentrated posting shit to begin with.
You’ve already been told why. You’ve dumped so much low quality Reddit content here so indiscriminately that even if you never slept you’ve averaged 1 post per 34 seconds since account creation.
That is not organic posting by any stretch. Knock it tf off.
